Hello guys! So, this will be my last post for this blog.
Special thanks for Dr. Norazah Abdul Aziz for teaching this course EDU 456- Innovative Technologies in Teaching and Learning.
I still remember the first day I joined the class. I’m still confused about what this class is for. Why do we need to learn all this? Now I understand! This course helped me a lot throughout my study. Before this I’m only using PowerPoint to make my presentation. After learning this course, I realised that there are many tools that we can use to make creative presentations. One of my favourite tools is Canva. Canva has many features that help a lot to make our presentation interesting. If I don't learn this course, I think until now I'm still using PowerPoint hehe. Not only that, Dr. Norazah also introduced Grammarly tools. This tool is super freaking cool. This helps me a lot with my assignments. It automatically checks my spelling, grammar and punctuation. Now I don't have a problem doing my assignment. It becomes easier.
Now I’m able to create more interesting educational material using the provided classroom technology tools based on the educational design structure. It helps me improve my skills in using various software applications for educational purposes. I'm able to use many learning strategies to make class effective. I’m very happy that I’m able to make effective use of innovative technologies in teaching and learning. This course is such a guideline to help me to become a better educator.
I never met Dr. Norazah in person. I hope one day we will meet. I think this course is better to teach in a face-to-face way. So that the lecturer can guide the student properly. Sometimes I’m also a bit lost but thanks to Dr. Norazah always keeps reminding us on WhatsApp groups. I like the way Dr. Norazah delivers her teaching. It is synchronous and asynchronous. I love to re-watch the video of Dr. Norazah for better understanding and she also makes a live class to explain details about the video.
Once again, thanks Dr. Norazah for teaching us ED2492A/2B. Hope we will meet one day. Also thanks to all the people who helped me complete the blog. That's all from me. Thank you!
