ADDIE
Generic process traditionally used by instructional designers and training developers.
ID4T
Systematic process based on educational theories, on development of instructional strategies, and specifications to promote quality learning experiences.
ADDIE model and ID4t are about understanding how people learn, what tools are available, how to use them, and how to engineer plans to improve teaching and learning. Instructional Designers, Teachers, and Trainers are all people who use this model. The goal of these models is to provide guidelines and frameworks so that designers can carefully construct their training routines. Assist instructors in achieving training objectives so that trainees can acquire and retain knowledge. As a result, instructional designers use instructional design models to determine the exact steps of their training procedure.
So as educators, we can apply the model to our teaching method. This will be a good guideline to follow. That's all from me. Comments down below for any inquiries. Thank you!
